Research Areas

Biological synthesis and industrial application of important pharmaceutical intermediates, using synthetic biology, metabolic engineering, enzyme engineering, and other technical means, to analyze the biosynthesis mechanism of steroid hormone drugs, antibiotics, and vitamins, regulate and optimize metabolic pathways and fermentation processes, build efficient synthetic microbial cell factories, and realize their green manufacturing. In the past 5 years, she has presided over 6 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation projects, the National Key Research and Development Program of China, and enterprise horizontal cooperation projects; She has published more than 20 scientific research papers in authoritative journals in the domestic and overseas, authorized 8 national invention patents, and won 4 scientific research awards.
